How long does it take to get my new certificate?
Printed certificates usually ship within 2 weeks. If you need a printed certificate sooner, give one of our customer service specialists a call at 877-800-5221. If you need it faster, select the option on the form to the left to have your certificate sent as an emailed PDF. This will be the exact document you would receive in the mail from us, and is completely printable from your own printer.

Do you share my information?
If you sign up for our mailing list or request information, we email you to provide answers and information. We work hard to make sure this material is useful. We do sometimes contact you with partner info we think you might find helpful. If it is not, you can easily unsubscribe or modify your preferences any time.
