SharePoint Power User's Certificate

SharePoint offers users a wide range of capabilities and features. So much so, that it is often described as the "Swiss Army knife" of collaboration software. So much power and capability can be highly enabling to the enterprise user or it can be overwhelming. Active users of SharePoint need to define the sets of features and functionality that best align with their roles and responsibilities, and learn the processes, tips and tricks that enable them to use SharePoint to further their business objectives on a day-to-day basis.

The SharePoint Power User's Certificate Program provides individuals – such as Site Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and others -- whose day-to-day use of SharePoint requires them to manage and use SharePoint resources to deliver specific collections of information or specific functional output – with the necessary SharePoint skills to apply to their specific business application. Participants begin by taking the SharePoint 2010 Power User & Site Owner Boot Camp, the program's foundation course. They will then have the opportunity to augment this core knowledge with electives that allow them to develop a deeper knowledge base in a specific applied area of SharePoint.
