Learn how our live online training courses utilize Cisco WebEx technology to connect you with one of our expert instructors in an online environment to give you the same experience you would get in our classroom training.
We offer LIVE, Hands-On, Instructor-Led Training over the Internet We have spent the time, money, and research to develop streamlined "virtual" training, which makes our highly interactive instructor-led IT courses available over the internet.
Our online training options utilize Cisco’s WebEx technology. The great thing about this tool is that as you attend via your computer, the "voice side" of the course uses a phone conference bridge, which greatly reduces technical hurdles a learner has to face in attending. You get ease of access and an easy online environment to learn the material. We know you want the knowledge without the pain of learning how to access a class. Our online courses using Cisco's WebEx solution make that desire a reality.
We accomplish this highly effective online learning using:
- Live expert instruction: The instructor is live in our Virtual delivery and can answer any of your questions in real time. You can communicate with the instructor both electronically and verbally with our technology.
- Courseware: Our virtual classes use the same courseware as our classroom courses. We will provide each student with all the materials they would get in a normal class and deliver it directly to you.
- Labs: Hands-on activities utilize the power of Cisco's WebEx tools. Labs are conducted just as in a classroom setting.
- Peer Interaction: Even in this virtual environment you will gain valuable knowledge interacting with your peers in class, in our breakout sessions, and during course lectures.
We currently offer the following classes using LIVE Instructor-Led Training over the Internet instruction. Each class is a series of daily sessions delivered over several consecutive days (see details below for course times and durations). In order to attend one of our LIVE Instructor Led classes, payment or a purchase order must be received prior to the start date of class.

Cancellation Policy:
Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the start date of class will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. You may cancel your reservation by providing ASPE with written notice via email at customerservice@aspeinc.com. If a cancellation/transfer request is received in writing, less than 10 business days prior to the class start date, payment will still be due, no refunds will be issued and you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee. You will be allowed to apply your paid course tuition to the same course or one of equal value within 1 year from the original course start date. Only one reenrollment opportunity is allowed per person. Failure to attend the course without written notification via fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "no show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price. If ASPE is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only.
